Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service
Email us at support@rrwellnesslab.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Do not ship products without an RMA number.

Package and Ship
Securely package the product in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided.

Inspection & Processing
Once received, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect
A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened products (if eligible for return)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect
Include photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Return shipping will be prepaid by RRWellnessLab
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product:
Contact us immediately with your order details
We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost
Return the incorrect product using our prepaid shipping label
No restocking fees will apply
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
Return the original product following our return process
Place a new order for the desired product
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Special considerations for peptides requiring refrigeration:
Products must be stored properly upon receipt
Returns due to improper storage will not be accepted
If cold packs have melted upon delivery, contact us immediately
Photograph the package condition before opening
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Contact customer service immediately to request cancellation
Full refund will be issued for successfully cancelled orders
